Returns
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered. This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and quality of all products we supply to our customers.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our support team will review the information and provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- Your order was not delivered due to a verified shipping issue
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
In cases where a package is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer either:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
